The Fair at Farmfair

The Fair at Farmfair engages children aged 5-12 in the aspects of farm life through rides, games, exhibits, sideshows, and demonstrations. The country fair themed midway features enclosed tents, draped booths, exhibits and hands-on activities for the whole family!

Visitors can expect a full-day experience, including:

• Carnival rides including: Airboats, Go Gator Rollercoaster, Berries, Castlemania, Skyfighter, and Hamptons.
• Carnival games, including The Toilet Game, Duck Pond and Ring Toss
• A chance to observe live animals at The Barnyard in Hall A. At the Barnyard, you'll find farm animals and how they are cared for and their role on a farm. Taking care of farm animals is a large part of a Farmer’s job. Here, you'll see live farm animals, including the three little pigs! Have you ever wanted to know how many eggs a hen lays in a year or what kind of food a duck eats? Find out in the Barnyard!
• Opportunities to experience other aspects of Farmfair that will complement the activities at the Fair itself.
• Cooking demonstrations, farmer’s market, and more in the Home Grown Alberta area.
